The Nagashi was the creation of Eshaaxa, presumably. For what ever reason, they enslaved a large force of lizardman to fight for them against Ternock Tolgalen. This war lasted until the Dragon-kin formed an alliance and the Lizardmen turned against their creators.
Despite losing the war they apparently still remained. That is until The Obsidian Claw found them and finished off this race for good.
