The Ragin of Rage

No one knows how or why, but a gnoll acquired an unnatural power and united many of the Gnolls in Ternock Tolgalen. He was a major Nuisance for the Dragonkin and even when he was supposedly killed, he would simply come back as if nothing happened.  This lasted until the Rage Fang seemingly stopped coming back. Though the reason for this is a mystery and has made the Dragonkin nervous that he never actually vanished and will be back one day.
