Baishan (bye-SHAUN)

A country located on the island of the same name, Baishan is a country at conflict with Koryo throughout essentially the entirety of Koryo's war.
Much of Baishan's secrets are still relatively unknown to the party at this point in time, though what is known includes the following:
At some point in the not-too-distant past (probably no more than about 30 years or so), Baishan had a ruling oligarchic nobility structure comprising no fewer than 8 noble houses. Both Acht and Ziv Finnel Arz Kantor are known to have been born as members of such houses. 
Around the beginning of the war (perhaps prior to it or perhaps as a result of it--details are still unclear), the Ar Zion house assumed a more authoritarian control of the country, bringing at least two other houses into their fold as vassals, with the remaining noble houses either being eliminated, captured by enemy forces, or fleeing.
