A Koryo soldier and brother of Lev. From conversations with him, he was present during Team Dragon Fort's assault in Suijing. Later, he was on the ship which the crew infiltrated to smuggle themselves into the Koryo capitol. 
He joined the crew at a hoop ball game during their time in the capitol.
