The Godless
The fact that gods exist in the world is an indisputable fact, however not everyone thinks that they should be worshipped. Unlike people who simply choose not to worship the gods, the Godless people are actively trying to work against the pervasive culture of worshipping and following the words of the gods.
They believe that gods served their purpose long ago in creating the world but now it's time for the mortals to make their own path in the world. Nothing and no one is worth putting up on such a pedestal and giving unquestioning allegiance to.
Since the culture and laws of Euhukoa Empire are heavily influenced by religion, especially that of Bahamut, Godless stage protests and rallies in an attempt to make their voices heard and sway more people to share their views. They also create flyers during meetups that they then hand out or put up on notice boards.
Most of them avoid doing anything illegal in the name of the Godless. They believe that they'll gain more using logic and easy to understand statements.
It's not illegal to be against worship of the gods in Euhukoa Empire but it is heavily frowned upon from a cultural standpoint which is the first priority to change. Personal choice not to worship gods or participate in holy days shouldn't make a person discriminated against or shunned.
