Weak Blood

This is a condition caused by long term use of a drug called Crimson Dust. The drug will at first make you physically stronger and feel really good, but the more you use it the worse the side- and after effects will be. Depending on your constitution before using the drug for a prolonged period, it can vary pretty significantly as to when Weak Blood finally takes hold. The drug also chips away at you gradually and it can take quite some time to notice the negative effects.   There are also variation to how much Weak Blood will affect you, as mentioned earlier your constitution plays into it and also how often and how much you use Crimson Dust. If you stop using the drug the effects can be halted and sometimes even healed if it hasn't progressed too far.   The first sign of Weak Blood is that any cuts will bleed easier and take longer to heal but the difference can be fairly negligible at first. As Weak Blood progresses, wounds will bleed more and more and your blood will be thinner. It'll be more difficult to stop the bleeding as well as take double the amount of healing magic to actually heal.   Eventually if you keep taking Crimson Dust despite the drawbacks, you will become physically weaker once the drug wears off. This will compile and together with the increased risk of bleeding out and difficulty of healing any cuts, at this stage it is deadly.

Treatment

Early stages of Weak Blood can be treated with healing magic, the strength of which depends on how strong the effects of the condition are.   In rare cases where the person suffering from Weak Blood has an unusually strong constitution, non-magical medical treatment can also be viable. When that is the case the most important part is to make sure that the patient doesn't succumb to the addiction to Crimson Dust and start using it again.
