Metamancy
Metamancy is an esoteric school of magic that focuses on understanding the meta- physical nature of reality. The House of the Meta is represented by a mystical constellation of 6 stars bursting in a wave from an individual star and anointed by a single star above. These Casters favor dark Blue and Yellow- Gold garments. Metamancers focus on the laws of reality and the complex formulas that bind them to magic. They develop a keen understanding of the language of the Arcane, understanding that the Word of a Caster is the Word of Creation. They perfect complicated magical formulas in an effort of unraveling greater mysteries. Metamancers are vivid Astrologers, as their magic can call on cosmic forces and fate. Though no Caster can truly affect Time or Space, Metamancers come as close as possible. By calling on the forces that hold reality together, these Casters are the best at countering the magic of other Casters. Their spells produce strange and unusual effects based on complicated mathematics and geometries, the Arcana as a language, and the connection of the Caster's Will to the Source of the Cosmos.
Effect
Presdigitation:
These minor magical spells can create wondrous effects that aren't typically covered under other Houses of Magic. Metamancers are able to use their magic to solve minor issues. For example, using Presdigitation can clean a soiled item or room. Other examples of the effects these spells can produce includes animating objects, throwing one's voice, changing the way one smells, changing a color on a piece of cloth or unattended object. The limitations of Presdigitation are included in the description. Typically, they won't produce strong effects or damage; instead, they seek to improve quality of life and aesthetics.

Since Number spells follow rigid formulas, if any part of the casting is wrong, then the whole spell fails. For example, a spell with 3 in its description must affect 3 Targets or none at all. If the subject is no longer valid by the time the spell resolves, the spell fails.

Metamancy has a unique trait of austerity and flashiness, since the strange effects tend to warp or alter reality around the Caster.

While it is accepted that the Source of Self and Realm are present in Metamancy, many others believe in the Source of the Mind. This has led to many controversial discussions regarding the state of Magic, as it is commonly accepted that the Mind is a provision of the Body- Spirit relationship, rather than a Source drawn from their connection.

Applied Restriction
Metamancy's limitations are on Wish spells. The Caster must be incredibly precise about Wish magic; an unfulfilled Wish is also a potent magical abnormality that can negatively impact the Caster.
