Starlight

"The Caster's fingertip emits a soft glow; drawing a sigil on the air, a mote of light flashes like a shining star, scattering the engulfing darkness."
— Casting Starlight

Effect

A shape of bright light appears near the Caster, floating within 3-5 ft. proximity. Light emitted from a Starlight spell is like a torch, shedding brightness in a 15- 20ft radius. The Caster chooses the color and shape of Starlight at the time of casting. With Focus, a Caster directs the Starlight to move in an indicated direction at 15 ft per round as a free action. It never exceeds 30ft. away from the Caster or it dissipates, promptly ending the spell. A Starlight produces only light, generates no heat, and is unable to blind or dazzle creatures, unless they are particularly sensitive to light.

Side/Secondary Effects

As a secondary effect, Starlight can pass through creatures. It can be concealed by remaining within the Caster's or another's Aura. Concealing Starlight is a free action but only if the Starlight is within a creature's immediate space.

Manifestation

As Starlight appears, the Caster's Aura is visible within the space of the manifestation. When the Caster commands the Starlight, a faint haze appears around the commanding gesture.
