Session 2: The Crownsguard

General Summary

In the library, Frar accessed some cooking books, relating both to magic and techniques for preparing onions. Nydyr attempted to blend in to a plant and Ekxus knocked over a shelf. The three companions interrogated Noric briefly, learning about Kallodark and his alliances with the King and Queen, being employed as their right-hand man. 
The three then left the building, emerging into an open street as a procession of crownsguard passed by. The group managed to attract the attention of a particular red dragonborn named Balasar, who confessed that he was unsatisfied with his job. Ekxus, Nydyr, and Frar offered him a position in their 'ranks.' Balasar took them up on their proposal. The group headed then to an inn, the Tealeaf Tearooms, where they drank hallucinatory beverages. They rested and upon wakening, investigated a jewellery shop in a dark avenue. Unfortunately, their attempt was in vain as they were caught by a group of crownsguards, named Malcolm, Henry, and Baron. They slayed two and the other ran away.
