Fire Whirl

Effect

A swirling whirlwind of fire appears in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point within range. When the whirl appears, each creature caught in it takes medium fire damage or half as much damage on a successful escape. A creature must also make an escape attempt when it enters the spell's area for the first time on a turn or it is trapped there until its next attempt.
If a creature inside the whirl does not have resistance or immunity to fire damage, they gain a level of fatigue and suffer a burn due to the excruciating heat.

Manifestation

This spell recreates a fire whirl, a whirlwind induced by a fire and often composed of flame.
