Effect

A discharge of plasmic magic strands between two points. These plasmic strands form a cord that contracts and pulls on whatever is on the two ends which works great for moving heavy objects, latching onto small ledges for transport, pulling objects towards oneself and for tethering enemies to certain positions.

The tensile strength of the tether is enough to carry the weight of the user, with properties similar to a bungee cord.
