Parkour
Parkour is the practice of traversing obstacles in a man-made or natural environment through the use of bodily movements like running, vaulting, jumping, climbing, rolling, to name a few. The goal of the discipline is to travel from one point to another in the quickest and most efficient way possible without the use of equipment.
Discovery
The practice of similar movements have existed in various communities around the world for centuries prior to the foundation of a parkour movement, which was influenced by these earlier traditions. Such athletic traditions had existed among various indigenous tribes in Dunia and Cemanahauc for centuries.
However the precursor to the modern concept of parkour came about within the last century and was established by Nick Wille who was inspired by his family's military training as well as similar regiments by traditional homin foraging or amazon training regiments.
