Balgar Sienstulpis
A monument erected by Elf and Dragon alike. Few towers stand as tall and mighty Balagar Sienstuplis - meaning Brotherly Pride in the language of Dragonkin.
Purpose / Function
Balagar Sienstulpis was built and founded by the Black Brood from materials gathered by the Morstein groups among the House of Serpents. It was a pleasant summer of peace and prosperity after times of hardship that had the two races mount the tower in the glory of their bonds and brotherhood. A magical library and school which could be accessed both by Dragonkin from it's towerlike roof and many massive perches, while elevators within the tower base allowed the Dyskhari to also easily traverse it. More than a thousand years old, it still perfects its purpose and none have dared to alter it's pure symbolism.
Nowadays it still stands large and a well utilized structure not only to overwatch the lands beyond, though to store various magical knowledge within the vast circular halls. The rooms within the centermost parts of the towers also serve as classrooms for magical study, with the halls being lined with appropriate furnishing.
Architecture
The tower is built like a gargantuan structure, with a circular roof above a square tile, lacking a staircase but with an open hatch downstairs for Dragonkin to enter. As does every floor of the building have a ledge opening of gothic style, like a massive window. The entrance of the Dyskhari looks more akin to a large steel gate, big enough for two dragons to enter side by side. It has a smaller door attached to the gate.
The structure itself is built from grayish stone bricks, with a clay finish painted in brown and gray colours. Though this has been weathered and chipped throughout the years, the intricate patterns depicting Dragon and Dyskhar alike dancing around one another still radiates it's ancient glory miles across the steppes and plains that it watches over.
