Nulakakaram

Another fragment of the shattered world. Unlike Arcem, this place seems cold and lifeless, abandoned to decay in the Void. The ruins were once a bustling city, but the crumbling buildings now only serve host to a swarm of Timeworn beasts ruled by Rani.
In the heart of the city stands the great library. Unlike the rest of the city, this building has been maintained by its automaton caretakers. Seemingly oblivious to the decay surrounding them, these metal men work tirelessly under the direction of the Keeper of Records to maintain this lost Theotech research site.
