Cypher, The All-Seeing

Cypher, The All-Seeing is a Successor God who can see all that transpires on the material plane of Archeron. He is not the strongest or wisest of deities, but he trades the information he gathers for power and influence. His worship is rarely structured around temples or religious orders, but his help is earnestly sought by the downtrodden and unfortunate, especially those who aren't too scrupulous. He is often prayed to as a last resort, by parents of missing children or the those whose have been robbed.
