VIZIER

VIZIER is a member of The Many. He, along with MOON and KNIGHT rescued The Wild Cards from certain death during the Attack on the Cavalcade of Curiosities.
He has tasked The Wild Cards with destroying all of The Cards of Many and realized this will include his own demise.
