Shield, Rare, Requires attunement by a character with shield proficiency

This circular shield is decorated with bronze runes and a red eight-pointed star in its center. You have a +1 bonus to AC while it is equipped.

Eye of the Storm. When you cast an area of effect spell and its origin point is within 1 ft of yourself, you can choose to protect yourself from its effects. You automatically succeed on the saving throw, and take no damage if you would normally take half damage on a successful save.

Bigger Blast. When you cast an area of effect spell and its origin point is within 1 ft of yourself, you can increase its size. A cone is 5 ft longer. A cylinder or sphere's radius is increased by 5 ft, and a cylinder is 5 ft taller. A square or cube's dimensions are each increased by 5 ft in each direction (+10 ft total). A line is 5 feet wider.
