This crystal tube contains 10 uses of pale blue lipstick. One use can be applied to your lips during a short or long rest and remains for 24 hours, unless removed. The wearer can use an action to expend the magic and breathe a 15ft cone of ice and cold, which becomes icy difficult terrain. Any creature moving through this space must make a DC 15 Dex save or fall prone. Once used, the lipstick changes to a deep blue color.
