Moon dust

Moon dust is a fine cyan powder that is consumed recreationally. It is an unsafe and highly illegal drug, as it is known to irreparably weaken one's psyche and slow their brain. The state of relaxation achieved by the high it provides, combined with the way it dwindles the user's will, causes it to be highly addictive. Those who become dependent on moon dust are pacified while under its effects, but often suffer delusions and psychosis when they become sober, leading to a vicious cycle of constant dependence.
