Mycerion

A short fey lord with dark crusted bark-like skin and shelf fungi growing on his back. Mycerion bares some resemblance to a tree stump on legs: he is stubby in stature, has a halo of mosslike green hair, and wears a wig that resembles the lion's mane fungus. He is slow to move and slow to speak, and passive in nature, but behind his humble visage he is very wise. He loves to share stories, although his tales about local mushrooms are as likely to a person to sleep as eating them. His home is the hollowed inside of a large redwood tree surrounded by moss, lichen, and different fungi located in the mushroom forest in Autumn.
Mycerion loves fungi of all kinds. He is able to project his senses to any area within 10 miles, provided that he is on the ground and connected to that area by a mycelium network (typically in forests). He is an expert on feywild fungi, and loves nothing more than to encounter new species.
