Pelagium Forest

The Pelagium Forest is a massive kelp forest far south beneath the South Ocean. Wide varieties of colorful fish and other sea creatures live within, and the spirits thrive among the teeming marine forest. Near the center of the Pelagium is Rainbow Reef, the vibrant capital city of the sea elves.
