Quasar

Quasar is a young male tiefling with dark blue skin and constellation tattoos. He spends his time researching magic in a messy arcane laboratory he calls the Celestial Study. While magic is his primary focus, Quasar also takes interest in current events and politics throughout Archestria; a major part of his divination research is intended to provide fast and easy communication with other parts of the world.

Scholarly twins

Quasar and Jaida are fraternal twins who share an interest in history and magic. They live together in the village of Salmund and are happy to offer advice, information, and quests to adventurers.

Spell copying

Quasar is happy to allow fellow spellbook-users (wizards, ritual casters, etc.) to copy any spell from his spell list, at no additional cost (beyond the normal cost of recording). Spell copying can be performed as a downtime action.
