This semi-translucent reddish goblet appears to be made of magma frozen in time, and is warm to the touch.

While holding the goblet, you can speak a command word that causes the goblet to fill with hot water. Any creature can drink this water like a potion, taking 20 fire damage and gaining the following benefits for 10 minutes:

Resistance to cold damage.

As an action, the drinker can exhale a cloud of warm steam, which heavily obscures a 20 ft radius area for 1 minute. Creatures within this steam have resistance to cold damage. The cloud wraps around corners. This can't be used underwater.

The creature's eyes glow red, which may grant advantage on Intimidation/Persuasion checks.
