Whirlstrom

Whirlstrom consists of two features: a giant castle built into an underwater mountain, and a massive vortex that forms a 1-mile-diameter whirlpool on the surface of the ocean. Whirlstrom is located far south in the South Ocean, and its existence is not widely known. Its castle was constructed by the storm giants of Whirlstrom and serves as their bastion against the deep sea's hostile inhabitants. The vortex hides Whirlstrom from the curious eyes of seafaring surface folk who might bring unwanted attention to the storm giants and their home.
A group of adventurers visited Whirlstrom during 2023-09-19 Whirlstrom and saved the storm giants, who were suffering from an aggression-causing poison.
