"John Johnson"
A mysterious tiefling from Jejun who snuck into Waybury Outpost as the pseudonymous John Johnson and murdered an Isserian woman. Very little is known about him -- not his motives, not even his real name -- except that he remained loyal to the Jejuni government and seemed to look down on Fina as a heretic and deserter.
His weapon of choice was a dagger which Star found tucked under his bed.
