Born on Gavril 5th, 812 DE, Douglas is the eldest son of King Heinrich and the Crown Prince of Escher. Although he is well over 500 years old, he never married per the Escherian custom of conducting weddings only after a prince is crowned king. He is known for having a rotating harem of female admirers, and claimed an entire wing of Steelspire Palace to house his lovers. Rumors about Prince Douglas run rampant, questioning his lack of involvement in any of Escher's affairs and wondering whether he'll be a competent king. Lately, comparisons have been drawn between him and Prince Günther of Isseria.
