Guard Captain Rose

The guard captain of Waybury Outpost, Rose is an imperious woman, very practical and no-bullshit. Appears to respect Fina as the "Crescian" woman, but doesn't necessarily look favorably on the party (thinking they're pretty dumb), particularly Star and Feliks. When the party met her, she was a bit overworked between monitoring traffic into the city, trying to keep people from leaving, and trying to guard the murder scene so it's uninterrupted when the Inquisition arrives. She essentially told the party whatever they wanted to hear to reassure them that they are safe and that the captain of the guard has everything handled. She was the one they initially confessed to, and she "arrested" them to wait for the Inquisition to question them. The party hasn't seen her since.
