Orbwick
The capital city of Escher, Orbwick is the seat of power for the monarchy, the Church, and the Noble Assembly alike. It is a massive city of 2,300,000 people, directly sustained by magic and innovative vertical farming practices. It has an extensive network of streetcars that can be used to reach almost any place in the city even without a carriage. Horse-drawn carriages are extremely rare in the capital, as mechanized carriages which can link directly into the city's streetcar system are favored. Orbwick has an abundance of shops selling gadgets and magic items alike; there's practically an artificer workshop on each street, and people flock to the city's temple from all over the nation to get a peek at the original Eternal Flame.
