Spell-Storing Device Seller

A gnomish artificer who runs a small spell-storing device shop stocked with first- and second- level spells. She gave Fina directions to a bigger shop run by her cousin in the main commercial district before Fina stole two of her devices (Fina later returned and paid for them).
