Berserk
You can fly into a Berserker rage. You may choose to rage at any time, including as a part of making an attack, and enraging effects can activate this rage whether you like it or not. While berserking, you take no penalties from any of your consequences, neither injuries nor trauma. Furthermore, you get a berserk bonus equal to the number of consequences you have. This bonus is added to your Strength attribute, and if you're not wearing armor, then also your Agility attribute. There are further talents that allow you to apply your berserk bonus to even more actions.
In this state of focused rage, you may only perform actions that stem from anger, such as attacking an enemy, intimidating a lord, kicking down a door, smashing a fruit cart, or chasing a fleeing foe. Any spells you cast must be in tune with this anger. If you spend a single turn doing something incongruous with your seething rage, or if you are berserking for more than 30 minutes, your rage ends. Anyone using social skills, magic, or any other means to make you take an action that would end your rage is at a disadvantage. After your rage ends, you are at peace for the next half hour of game time and may not go berserk or feel aggression. You may still decide to fight if needed, but your heart isn’t in it, and you’d rather avoid fights if possible. At the GM’s discretion, your character may have triggers for their rage that activate it regardless of whether they are at peace or not.
