The Potioner first boils the primary Ingredient. Once a rapid boil crush two of the secondary ingredients into a fine powder. Next add the powders into the potion and stir often for thirty minutes. After that add the third secondary ingredient whole and stir for another thirty minutes. One hour after starting the potion remove from heat cool and let cool and settle for one hour then bottle. 1 Oral 1d4 1. Adverse Effect   2. Restore one level one spell slot   3. Adverse effects are common side effects of the potion many of which are negative however a wise potion drink will be able to find uses for even the worse effects. 1d10

1 Addiction
2 Migraine (Cannot cast contraction spells and has disadvantage to resisting psychic attacks) till a long rest is completed
3 Become mute till a long rest is completed (Prevents casting spell with a verbal component)
4 All spell cast by the user will have a wild magic effect occur till a long rest completed
5 The effects of the potion are delayed by one day (roll again on effects table)
6 The user's skin turns purple for one week
7 The user's eyes, skin and hair turn purple for a month
8 The user's vein glow a deep purple when casting or under the effects of any spells for a week
9 The user randomly casts one know spell (DM's choice)
10 Throw Up (remove the effects of any potion currently affecting you)

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The liquid mana within the vial quickly enters the blood stream where it replenishes the casters previously used mana. The secondary ingredients used to stabilize the mana can cause adverse effect in some individuals.
