Nikishi
Nikishi is the primary practice of the Tarzi people. But not only do the Tabaxi people find themselves worshiping the unforgiving ones, but any inhabitant of the wasteland must pay tribute to these three gods if they have any hope of survival. Nikishi is given it's name due to the form of the three gods of the wasteland Shunuk, Corulia, and Johamed combined to become the most relentless and powerful deity. Shunuk, commonly seen as the leader of the trio, is mainly in charge of deciding the fate of the land, life, and prosperity of the wasteland. He is also known for being the balance between Corulia and Johamed. Corulia is in charge of the rainfall that meets the surface of the harsh desert of Tarzu, he has the kindest soul of the three making him the most loved by the people. Johamed, being the cruelest wants nothing but wealth, land, and power for himself; sacrifices are made commonly by the Tabaxi people in order to suppress his wrath. Shunuk, being the decision maker, choses whether or not the residents of the desert deserve to feel mercy or not, whomever he chooses to side with, Corulia or Johamed, will decide the fate of those living there.
History
In times before the south land was known, there were migrants of a higher being, ones that knew that no mortal could challenge them any longer. So in search of a race that could relate to the intelligence and power of them, they ran across a vast, stormy and utterly unbearable wasteland. At this point in their journey only six godly figures stood before this unforgiving land. Shunuk, the most powerful of the group declared that this was their destination, and that if they were to conquer this no mans land that they would ascend to become immortal. Johamed stepped forward and suggested that there should be a sacrifice of one of the six, so that power can be gained for the other's to conquer. A member of the group Limivi called Johamed a fool and that he should be the one facing sacrifice. But before her sentence could be completed Johamed held her head in his hand, dangling by the hair. Mortified two of the remaining five stood by Johamed, while Shunuk and another member by the name of Corulia stood their ground. All of the remaining decided to move onto their destiny, declaring this as a needed sacrifice, despite the obvious tear in the group. As time went on and these demigods began turning this wasteland into paradise, Johamed hungered for more power and the slow grueling process of waiting got to him. One day after the sun met the sand, he killed two group members Hamib and Uteram, making the three remaining at nearly god status. Corulia was fed up with standing by and charged Johamed, but before the two clashed Shunuk stepped between and froze the very stance they were in. It was only then where they became immortal, none of the three could die or be hurt ever again. So despite the hatred between them, their balance is like no other.
