Pink diamond
What is the most prolific drug in your world? How did it come to be and what does it do?
Pink diamond (kierolite) is a drug that is highly addictive and easily crumbles so inhalation can happen accidentally.
Manufacturing process
Pink diamond is used by healers to sedate a patient before a more intense procedure. Mixed properly with herbs in a tisane, the steam helps with pain relief.
History
Pink diamond was discovered in the Ayrith Desert during a prospecting venture by some keen miners. There'd been rumors of old mines bringing riches to the now buried Aryithian Empire .
At first miners were the primary users but as is the case with many drugs, enterprising individuals started up selling it to others and it now is widely distributed throughout the land.
