Arcturus is a world of revolution and innovation. After thousands of years of turmoil, a new era of leadership has stepped up to make changes for the people of Arcturus to bridge gaps and for the betterment of all lives. Although there are those that are trying to stop those changes, the new leadership is not giving in to the old corruption.
