Mechanical beings can survive indefinitely in the vacuum of space.
Organic life, however, has limits.

Animals, Fungi, Microbes with soft membranes

• < 30 seconds (5 rounds): Conscious.
• 30 - 60 seconds (10 rounds): Unconscious. Permenantly lose 1 point of Intelligence per round.
• 60 seconds (10 rounds): Death.

Plants, Archaea, Microbes with cell walls

• < 10 minutes: Conscious, 1 level of exhaustion (cured as soon as you are returned to normal pressure).
• 10 - 30 minutes: Unconscious, permanently lose 1 point of Constitution per minute.
• 30 minutes: Death.
