Wolwomei Consulate
The Wolwomei Consulate is a group of androids you briefly met on Halbradius while looking for signs of Nullspace. They describe having booted up aboard their small fleet in the Selmillon Void (far out in sector 3[o]), with no memories or directives.
Apparently these androids were discovered by Krest Winfolg and offered a place in the Heliodor League; they claim they were sent to Halbradius to investigate Nullspace efforts to gain control of the planet. They had not been made aware that the system was under Network jurisdiction, however, and they had as yet been unsuccessful in discovering any signs of present Nullspace activity.
