This is the Aggoran Elves hang-out spot. Their tavern and re-supply store.

Due to the values of the Aggoran Elves, primarily the natural world, many find themselves taking the path of Druid. It is therefore not an uncommon sight to see many animal familiars hanging out around the Wuif waiting for the Elf they followed to head back out into the forrest.
