Magnosi

Honing the gift of magic

Magnosi are viewed across the world with awe for their skill and prowess in the magical arts, and for their homeland of Magnos which operates largely with the aid of magical tools that are used in agriculture to magically-cleaning clothes to street-lights and much more. As a result, the land is generally peaceful and prosperous, and the people live generally secure lives.   From a young age, Magnosi are taught magic as both a tool and a responsibility. They see the use of magic as the salvation of Arda , but also as a potential tool for its destruction. Thus, they take the use of magic very seriously and endeavor to teach it to their students. As a result, there is a great respect for magic and magic-users in the nation, and has the highest number of magic-users than any other nation. They do not discriminate based on the type of magic - arcane is as valid as divine, Primordial as powerful as Heavens.   Most Magnosi are elven by ancestry, but the land is also home to half-elves, men, orcs, kobolds, gnomes, and others.   Adventurers: Magnos is a safe nation by most standards, but there are many Magnosi have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and magic that adventurers are not uncommon among their people. Magnosi adventurers are often casters and scholars who seek to uncover ancient history or magical secrets, while others may simply seek to safeguard the world against those who would use magic to evil purposes.   For more information on the Magnosi, see their main article: Magnos
