Arda

The Nazgul controlled the majority of the continent of Endor, Arda's "Middle Earth," for large portions of the Second and Third Ages. Only the tiny North Western corner of Endor remained free of Sauron's control through his most fearsome generals.   Kings they had been in mortal life, and as Kings they continued to reign though some took a more public role than others. Through the Nazgul's control there was prosperity for some and poverty for others, power for some and oppression for others, glory for some and terror for others.   The one constant that everyone knew, that all could count on for good or ill, was utter and complete order. And then one day…. the Nazgul were gone.   This is Arda in the Fourth Age…
