The Dennmarsh Council of Nine

On a particularly tall hill in the center of town, you see a fortified wall and a wrought iron gate. You take this to be the Council’s chamber. Most of the members of the council seem to be nobles by birth. You see three of the Council sitting in this room. Councilwoman Evyline Amana, Councilman Malvus Duersa, and Councilman Kazamov Volga.
Councilman Amana is one to take the initiative. She is very level headed and was eager to start peace talks with Wolik and his ramschackle village, as well as outlaw any harm that may come to them.
Councilman Malvus Duersa is married to Ferra and is father of Jorha. 
Councilman Kazamov Volga is the brother of Ferra. He gave Jorha his pet drake, Skaevis. He is a seedy businessman and paid the party for finding the drake and for keeping it quiet that his family was involved.
