Te'Tras

Te'Tras was created by an elemental titan of the ocean and was used as a weapon of war against divinity. He was tethered to the material plane and trapped by Akadi, Gond, and Tzeentch. Forever trapped below the sea floor, Te'Tras writhed and had his mind twisted by isolation.
His chains were loosened by accident, when the Great Slann mage priest Mazamundi miscast a spell meant to hit Akadi. This was during the War of Arcanum. This miscast spell lead to a shifting of tectonic plates that loosened the prison's grip on Te'Tras, and thus his influence spread. Te'Tras now seeks to break his chains once and for all, and create chaos across the material plane.
