Tannith

Tannith is an incredibly ancient nation that is traditionally elven. It was founded after the migration of the elves from Arvyr after revolting against the giant nations. While it has changed greatly over the years, especially with the gradual retraction of the Elheserine Forest, the area within which the majority of Tannith lies. It is ruled by the Undying Court, immortal elves who have, over the many centuries, proved themselves to be worthy of leading the elven race into the future.

History

Tannith was founded by the Elven revolutionary Tanithil Liarac after leading his kin to victory in an uprising against the giant nations of Arvyr. As such, it is by far the oldest nation still in existence.

Tannith is highly advanced, although they have practically perfected the blending of modern technology with the natural world. Also, they are very magically advanced, which aids them in their overall quality of life.

Religion

The most pervasive religion, per the predominantly elven population, is Valwynn aer Seldarine, the religion that worships the Elven gods, who are known as the Seldarine.

Tannith remains almost completely neutral, but strong allies with Kalash and Faremin

Agriculture & Industry

Tannith has a very unique mix of agricultural and industrial economies. They produce large amounts of unique fruits native to Tannith, as well as unique and highly sought-after types of wood. However, they also produce many items such as specialized elven metalworking and magical items.

Education

The level of education within Tannith is generally very high with all economic classes having access to learning. They are well known for having some of the finest arcane and combat schools in the world (specific types of each).
