Description: Atlom is closely associated with navigation involving sky observation, i.e. navigating by the stars and reading cloud patterns to identify ocean currents and locations of islands, as well as land navigation. Atlom is also associated with the ritual of using trees to make large boats for open sea travel. It is said that the trees are the strands of hair on Atlom's head. Atlom's axe always points the correct way to travel, it may not show the most direct route, but it always shows the correct route. Atlom was the god who found the correct location to create man.
