Arcanist Jeriah Chronos is the inventor of the branch of magic that studies the manipulation of time itself. He is also the ruler of the Netherese city of Farenway and was place in charge of the protection of the God's Eye Lens control station. He is now trapped in an altered Temporal Stasis of his making. He cast this spell trying to save his city from falling to the icy depths and didn't expect the results.
