Government

As a part of the Aethorian monarchy, Eastwind is governed by a Lord Mayor, chosen every three years. The current Lord Mayor works closely with the guilds and the local scholars to manage the city affairs.

The towering mountains and dense forest form a natural barrier, while the city itself is encased in a sturdy wall of Ironbark timber and stone from the nearby ranges.
