Located at an elevation of 72 feet above sea level, Fluve is positioned in the middle of the country and enjoys a tropical savannah climate. The settlement's strategic location on a hill next to a large body of water in the Yarls Grove forest offers a commanding view of the surrounding landscape and easy access to water transportation.

General Thane Ironfist: A battle-hardened dwarf who commands Fluve's military forces and is a trusted advisor to the city council on matters of defense and strategy. High Priestess Astrid: A human cleric dedicated to Pelor, who leads the religious community in Fluve and provides spiritual guidance to the settlement's inhabitants.
