Karzarh is the trade centre for some of the most valuable minerals and technology innovations on the continent, the city has stood for hundreds of years as a shining symbol of the glory of Kasei. The root of this city has existed since the first age of man that started after the Alliciens trek, where the trouble of the acute fall ended in the founding of Habemus Regem, also known as Eosos, but not much stands from the old city. The capital is constantly expanding never standing still, here you have to be fast and efficient or you can quickly end in the great slums outside the city walls. In the centre of the city is a great hill where the great politicians run the Kasei empire, here the Ring of Czars take precedence of all national decisions and the shū kai̯ar control their every action, at the very top lies the great Safarad palace looking down upon the might of Kasei.

Social

The bigest stadium in the continent is found in the Capital, here the yearly league of xulla ball is held, as well as other larger sport events.  

Politics

The Kudxaa (Emperor) have a final rule on any decision in the empire but is only in control so long as the shū kai̯ar are not unanimously ruling him out of office. As the Empire has a large territory with emens political demands from the public the Emperor is rarely involved in minor internal disputes, his major focus is to ensure the survival of their great nation and place on the world stage. The priviledge of the emperor allows for him to live in the great Safarad palace, located atop the highest hill in the city overlooking the full extent of the capital and its magnificent harbour, only people with direct access from the emperor himself are allowed to enter these grounds. The Emperor have reign as long as he chooses and can then choose a successor for the counsil to approve, but a former counsil member can not be approved nor can a prior Emperor.   Right below the palace is the Ring of Czars a collections of estates making up the governing body of the capital, an eastern prismatic tower marks the main chamber of the Shū Kai̯ar counsil who takes the major political decisions of the capital. The Shū Kai̯ar is a council right under the emperor in political power that consists of a select five to control separate sectors of the nation's major politics, each of them leading or consulting on major parts of government;
  • Expeditor - "Often controls external political action, new government exploits and national acheivement"
  • Treasurer - "Priorities in commerce, capital investments and financial ruling"
  • Solicitor - "Takes focus on the well being of People, the ecology of the empire Cities and the Law"
  • Preceptor - "Master of knowledge and education, has the explicit control of history, religion, science and technology"
  • Despot - "Lord of the military, controls the army, policing, weaponry and military intelligence"
  Each of the council leaders for the 5 branches of government are voted for every other year; the capitalist people of the capital have 50% of the vote, The congigate have 30%, the prevailing counsil has 10% and the Emperor can choose to control the last 10% otherwise this is neglected. A counsil member can be elected for 3 consequtive terms and/or after 10 years of their last time on the counsil, but must have political experience for at least 5 years in the Ring of Czars or have been a congigate for at least 10 years. A counsil member can not select him/her self during the vote. When a counsil member enters the vote they come with a parti that will present them and become their commision when/if selected for office, each counsil member is allowed to pursue up to 3 seats on the counsil.  

Economic

After discovery of residual of the year 674 the Capital has seen a major boom in both technology and income. Initially when it was found, it was traded as a new gem type though karzarh as per the sand treaty, some The resource is only found under the great mons and because of Kasei great connection with the dune dwarfs via the sand treaty    

History

The city was originally created after the Acute fall which lead to the Harenae kingdom. During the city's early age it was known as the dawn city "Eosos".   As the regime changed and Kasei was founded the name was changed to Karzarh.
