1. History:

The Land of Tu'tis has a rich and diverse history, rooted in the struggles of its early settlers during the bounti wars. The refugees sought solace in the region's hot steppe lands and coastal swamps, eventually banding together to form a unified nation. The name "Tu'tis" comes from the ancient Hrudjai language, meaning the "land of safe retreat." The bounti wars, which erupted due to the bounty hunters' failed attempt at establishing their own rule, served as a catalyst for the formation of Tu'tis. The nation's inhabitants were primarily common citizens seeking to escape the conflict and find peace.   The Land of Tu'tis has a storied history that extends beyond the bounti wars. Prior to the arrival of the refugee settlers, the region was inhabited by various sentient races. These included not only the Gungs and centaurs who ruled many of the great plains of the region, the Ephemorians a ghost-like ethereal race that preferred to live in peace, swamp tritons who inhabitant the coastal swamp land. Also other intriguing beings such as the elusive forest sprites known as Sylvanians, and the nimble and acrobatic Trelms who inhabited the mountainous regions. The integration of these diverse races with the refugee settlers led to the establishment of a culturally rich and inclusive society in Tu'tis.   In the year 737, the nordic confederacy named The White Houses launched an army campaign into Tu'tis territory. Their nation's territory became the warring grounds for the The Nordic conquest war, between the The Nordic legion and the Kaseian imperial army. Tu'tis was mostly ruled by the White House for six years during their possession.

2. Politics:

Tu'tis is a nation that values peace and harmony among its diverse population. Since the establishment of the first humanoid cities, the people of Tu'tis have been committed to maintaining peace in the region. The nation is governed by a council that includes representatives from each of the major races and settlements. This council ensures that the interests and concerns of all inhabitants are taken into account during decision-making processes. The defense pact with the Kasei Empire in the south allows the empire to station military legions within Tu'tis' borders, strengthening their defense capabilities and fostering a cooperative relationship.   The political structure of Tu'tis is built upon a foundation of democratic principles. The council, representing the different races and settlements, ensures a fair and balanced governance system. The council members are chosen through a combination of popular vote and merit-based selection.
