Info: This is one of the oldest cities in the nation, founded several hundred years ago. The settlement has stood as on of the first mining locations of Harenae providing significant quantities of irons, coppers, silver and other important materials. The mines have been lost to the nations enemies many times, waring conflicts, rebel factions, monster invasion, political disputes and supply prevention, but the settlement has always been able to reunite with the central nation power. Over the last 2 hundred years the resources have been sparce compared to other sites, but they still stand as a strong ally to the empire even with their current dealing with the non-empirical nearby Bounti affiliated settlements (Long-time enemies of the empire e.g. Salvus). Sa'Lāţu have become very self sufficient as they have been able to dig successful paths through the mountains to the east, giving access to the fruitions lands abundant with woodland and fields ready for crop farming.
