Circle of Aima Axio (Eye-mah Ahk-see-oh)

The Circle of Aima Axio is a cult of unknown size but undeniable power. With what is currently known of the Circle, its members seem to both honor the 'Old Ways' under the Ancient Thysian Empire, while also seeming to revere a mysterious figure they call The Archon. In recent history, they appear to be involved with undermining and attempting to topple the Flamellen government, as well as in the creation of an infectious illness that would later be called The Great Plague. Thanks to the heroic efforts of a single party of adventurers however, their plans have gone greatly awry and most of its leadership has been brought to justice.
Currently, the Heroes of Romaire are continuing the fight against the Circle in Flamelle, aiming to put a stop to their evil machinations by any means possible.
